Sunday School THIS SUNDAY!!!

Dear Sunday School families,

 

Our first day of Sunday School is this Sunday, October 4…WELCOME BACK!!! The Sunday School staff has a very fun year planned, and we hope you’ll join us for classes every Sunday!

 

As you arrive at church on Sundays, please join us in the front pews (siblings, parents, grandparents etc. are always welcome to sit with us in the “Sunday School section”). Not only is it fun to sit together as a group, but Fr. Ted enjoys giving a “kids sermon”, so it’s helpful if we’re all sitting in the same area. You will receive an email each week with the Gospel that Fr. Ted will talk with us about. Please read it so you can be prepared to discuss with him!

 

We sit as a group, receive Holy Communion, and then head to our classrooms which are downstairs in the hall of the church. We serve snack before/during our lesson. (Please let us know if you child have any allergies so that we can plan snacks accordingly). Classes are dismissed as families start to head downstairs for coffee hour. We ask all parents to pick kids up from their respective classrooms (we will not dismiss them until we see their parent).

 

As mentioned, we will have Sunday School classes every Sunday with the exception of holidays/school vacations. An outline of the schedule and some dates to remember are attached to this email.
